Interior Design Magazines
It's early morning and the sun's streaming in through your bedroom windows. Normally that would irritate you but last night you had an epiphany and you stare at your room in blissful thought. You were visited by the notion to redecorate your house and there's no better place than with your room. And what better place to start off your interior design ideas than by going through the stack of interior design magazines in your living room.
This works out particularly well since you feel the need for a shot of early morning coffee, and now you can just curl up in a comfortable armchair looking through your interior design magazines with the coffee at your side. Since you had an epiphany in the middle of the night and have decided to redecorate your room, you now have to decide what sort of room you want.
Do you want something totally out of this world like animal prints in every conceivable place, or would you like bold pleasing colors that will sweep you away every time you wake up? Maybe you might even want something softer like pastels to soothe you to sleep every night. You can be sure to find all these ideas and more in the stack of interior design magazines at your elbow.
Of course, as you leaf through the interior design magazines which you had been collecting for eons now, you're besieged by idea after idea and pretty soon you don't know whether you're standing on your head or your toes. The idea was to enjoy the fruits of your epiphany not to give yourself a headache first thing on a Saturday morning.
The problem with going through all these interior design magazines is that it's so difficult to choose what you would like to do. When you finally think that you've managed to pin down that elusive idea of what you should do, you're confronted with another tantalizing glimpse into what your home could look like if you went down another path.
The hardest part is to finally put your foot down and choose one (or two or ten) different ideas which you might conceivably be use, and then go from there. And that's the one good thing about collecting all those interior design magazines. When you finally need to redecorate your house the ideas are just waiting gathering dust in the form of your interior design magazines.
